A recent global survey has revealed a growing demand among crypto users for better anti-scam education and simplified content across digital currency platforms.

Most crypto users want simpler content for better understanding.

Conducted by Binance, one of the world’s leading cryptocurrency exchanges, the survey found that over 64% of users interact with crypto platforms either daily or several times a week. Yet despite their frequent use, many still find the ecosystem confusing and vulnerable to fraud.

One major takeaway: more than 60% of respondents believe that technical information shared on platforms is too complex, making it difficult for average users to spot scams or protect their investments effectively.

In addition, nearly 40% of users called for more frequent security notifications—a sign that platforms may not be communicating risks in real time. With increasing cases of phishing, wallet breaches, and fake token scams, users are urging exchanges to step up both transparency and educational efforts.

Another insight showed that the majority of respondents preferred keeping their crypto holdings under $10,000, highlighting both cautious investment behavior and underlying security concerns.

The findings emphasize a growing realization: crypto adoption is expanding, but user protection needs to evolve just as quickly. Platforms are now being encouraged to invest in clearer language, proactive fraud alerts, and engaging educational tools to help users navigate safely.

As the digital asset space matures, building trust through knowledge and simplicity could be the next big challenge for global exchanges.
